New comics book coming out this year
I have been working for more than a year now on a longer comics project with writer Marek Šindelka and screenwriter Vojtěch Mašek. The story is based on one mysterious case from recent years of Czech Republic. I have posted first previews on the True Lovers website: first and second one. Here’s a third one – page in progress.

Designing graphics for a DNA testing certificate for a Prague based Forensic DNA service – my favourite customer – I used the theme which first comes to mind only I replaced the pairs of nucleotids binding the helixes of the DNA together with pairs of human figures – ancestors who have determined our DNA by how they have found themselves.

Gobius #34 done. Now intermission.
The recent finished page of Gobius Capito comics can be found here (though only in Czech so far). Now I take a break from this story to finish the long postponed third issue of the Morgue comics and also to make English translation of both.

Night stand
This new web of mine differs from the old one mainly in that it’s both in Czech and English. Finally. And in much more simplified interface. For example the pictures are not divided into 5 categories from which only 1 would be kept updated, it’s just one Blog category now where I will put everything on one big stack organized only by loose keywords (tags) sometimes. Things that took me longer to draw/animate or are more important for any other reason will also be archived in the Portfolio category. So. Hello.
